Blair Enns, Win Without Pitching

Blair Enns is on a mission to change the way creative services are bought and sold the world over. He is the founder of Win Without Pitching, the sales training and coaching program for creative professionals, and a 30-year veteran of the business side of the advertising and design professions.

Blair has authored two highly acclaimed books on selling and pricing creative services: The Win Without Pitching Manifesto (Gegen Press, 2010) and Pricing Creativity: A Guide to Profit Beyond the Billable Hour (Gegen Press, 2018).

Since 2017, Blair has co-hosted, along with David C. Baker, the podcast 2Bobs: Conversations on The Art of Creative Entrepreneurship.

Leah Power, The ICA

Leah Power is EVP, Strategic Operations Consultant at the Institute of Canadian Agencies (ICA) where, since 2017, she has created and spearheaded many ICA business transformation, growth and talent engagement initiatives in the support of agencies and their leaders.

Leah has advised C-level execs at the operational, regional and global levels on issues of financial leadership, agency acquisitions, operating system implementation, information technology integration, agency transitions, capital project management, as well as fee, scope and contract negotiations.

Prior to the ICA Leah was COO of Grey Canada and previously held financial leadership roles at Grey San Francisco, DDB Canada, and Rapp Collins Worldwide.
